I'm available. I'd just coach them the same way I do my peewee and mite teams, since they make all the same mistakes the kids do. - MickV
The last year I coached I fixed the PP. we had good players but no PP type players. I told them to cycle the puck in the corner and there was either a play in the slot, back door or an open point. It worked. |

You gotta fire the coaching staff. I get last season’s roster construction was a debacle but at this point the results are the results and there has to be a level of accountability. Bring in BBQ Bruce and try to salvage the season. - Victoro311
BBQ Bruce's PPs with the Caps and Wild were smoke'n |

Hire him as the pp coach only, or replace reirden as a whole. Idc either way. |

I think all coaching staffs get stale. The sport doesn't matter. When championships are won, it's even harder to make changes. Should have happened two/three years ago. |

Yeah I think it’s impressive that Sullivan was able to bounce back twice after seemingly losing the room on two separate occasions but I think the run is done. Shelf life’s been hit. |

I mean, Dubas is a guy who really pays attention to all the stats. There's no way he's not seeing how dominant this team has been at even strength and piss poor they've been at PPing and not thinking changes need to be made. |

Still not so sure about this Karlson situation. Hes such an unnecessary luxury. I would take another Petterson any day. Or Trouba. - Grinder47
Pens were in the basement for production from defenseman and in bottom 3rd of league on PP last season. He was brought in to help rectify both things... So far he's done one of those things...and I still think this PP can get cooking. There really is time to figure sh!t out... |

I think today is the day boys. Today is the game that is the catalyst for change. An absolute curb stomping by doob’s old leaf squad and something changes tomorrow. |

Perfect place to shoot and EK decides to pass and it leads to a Leafs goal. Come on. |

What a pp boys - 10inchTerror
Changing up the players lasted 1 game. Sullivan.... If he's anything, he's predictable. I don't want to smear him by calling him Dan Bylsma, but he kind of is. Won those two cups and has coasted ever since.

It feels like the players are trying to get their coach fired. |

I think it's the opposite, I honestly believe the coach is barely coaching and the players are allowed to freely play the way they want. It's good when it works. It's awful when it doesn't. With the stature of some of these players, I imagine it's not easy to be a pr!ck and ruffle some feathers, but this team could use some of that. |

At the game tonight, pens are definitely hanging with the Leafs at 5v5 but man their PP IS UGLY. |

Despite being heavily outshot in 3rd I thought Pens did great job keeping it mostly to the outside..they had some good looks when they pulled goalie. |
