Thank goodness we are back to talking about hockey. Unfortunately, we get to talk about that stinker. Monty made the comment about not having practiced in over a week...if so, is it wise to put a guy back in the lineup who has missed the last 6 or so games? Geekie wasn't even a warm body out there. Marchy has made very poor decisions with the puck all season long. Just a terrible game all around and hopefully a wake up call for the game against the blue shirts.

B’s count too much on goaltending. They both are solid but if their not on it gets interesting.
Still like the way the kids look for the most part.

Was just a poor effort all around. Geekie needs a couple practices to get back into the swing of things. Wings seem to have their number this year.

Geekie must have seen your post.
What a bomb to tie the game.

Bruins must be tired of winning…and playing defense.

So sick of ill advised pass attempts by Marchand and Pasta both (unless of course they are intending to turn it over). Everything about the last 4 games (including the Florida game which was far from flawless) has been completely forgettable.
Need some Herb Brooks gassers to get some attention. Completely no structure. The "stars" thinking their passes will just get through because of who they are.

This is the Bruins team I was expecting at the start of the season.

Hopefully they can learn how to win against teams going to the post-season.

Right now they ... stink.

Way too many turnovers, they play hard meaning they try but are they hard to play against ?
Don’t think so. Their good , playoff team yes but
their record is really not who they are. Again they can win a lot in reg season because of goaltending and the game isn’t intense like every playoff game.

Funny how Trouba gets fined the ‘maximum’ amount for drilling Frederic with his stick.
The ref was staring right at him when it happened and Lo and behold…no call.
Game was 3-3 at that point. A proper official would have given 5 and the game for intentional attempt to injure.

Look at it again Fredric had as much to do with it as Trouba did minor penalty if anything.

Does not matter what Trent did. Trouba swung with intent.

How was Fredric responsible for getting himself high-sticked in the head?

Did he grab the stick and change it's direction? NO
Did he bend down into the direction of a follow through? NO.

This was all Trouba, and you have blue-and-red blinders on if you see it otherwise.

Your take on what happened is ridiculous.

Trouba could've punched him in the face like a sane person.

Dude could have taken one hand off the stick and threw a jab. He chose to keep two hands on and swing. Such a careless thing to do.

Department of player safety is an absolute joke. No consistency at all.

I don't see any reason to panic. So they dropped 2 in a row. It's November and past US Thanksgiving. The B's are still in a great position during an 82 game season. There was bound to be low points along the way.

Now if they spiral, different story. I just don't see that happening with crew and coaching.

Exactly this. They won a bunch of games early. Still in a good spot. Lets see how the next 20 games go.

Agreed. Bruins are historically bad in matinee games. They are sitting pretty in the standings with two back to back after turkey day. that’s a recipe for disaster.

I don’t understand the panic. They pass the eye test and are 13-3-3…

You happen to have an extra pair of those rose colored glasses? Maybe it would help me see this team passing the eyeball test right now.

It's almost like this team has fully bought in to the old adage that if you are in a playoff spot at Thanksgiving you are good to go...maybe they are just waiting on the playoffs to start to turn it back on.
