I’m sure internally they have a plan, especially for the TDL (maybe they do what you said). I’m as impatient as anyone, but they don’t have to rush or panic just yet. A losing streak could definitely change that mindset tho. Devils and Canes are gaining ground

I think as long as they don’t give up Othmann, Cuylle or Perrault I’d be ok with pretty much anything. Blockbusters, depth trades, etc
