Their inconsistency and knack for laying eggs is part of their fragility
It has nothing to do with fixing the PP |

Here's a UFA worth investing in that would help change the culture, not that Vegas would let him go.

There are other options out there too, whether they be UFA or RFA. - kingcong39
Again, they have to WANT to come here. Adams can’t force them to come. If you want someone like Stephenson, Adams will have to overpay to get him to come here. |

If I put together a loop of all of the Sabres PP’s they have had this year and you watched it from start to finish, you’re telling me it wouldn’t win an award for best thriller ?
Special teams are killing them.
The fact that they went from a top 5 rush based offence last year to one of the worst is killing them.
I do acknowledge that adding grit to the depth of the roster should be considered, but it won’t matter much if your offence continues to stink.
A shooting percentage regression was in the cards this season, but I sure didn’t think generating offensive chances/volume for this team over a 24 game stretch would look like pulling teeth. |

Perhaps the sabres should just identify as a team players want to come to |

The PP has been a complete disaster
The fact that the team is soft in every aspect of the meaning has nothing to do with their PP being awful this season. They scored a ton last season and were plagued with the same fragility issues
It has something to do with the depth adams has surrounded this core with, but it also has alot to do with the makeup of the roster as a whole. Not every player is soft individually but as a group it is blatantly obvious. They don't go to the net. They don't want it bad enough, ever.
Its not just coaching. Its a chronic issue here |
|

It is definitely time for a new coach. Even the players think they are too soft and can get outmuscled. The team needs a tough, seasoned coach that can whip these softies into shape. Enough of experimenting with these minor league losers that have no track record of winning cups. The team needs a hard ass coach that teaches discipline. This is the same old crap that has gone on for years. They will never get to the playoffs for yet another record breaking streak. Enough is enough. A 15 year rebuild going on 20? WTF! Every other team turns it around in a few years. This is utter bull ship! |

Yes, this is so true, however, they have never found a hard ass coach that can whip these softies into shape. A seasoned veteran to at least get them back into the playoffs. It is quite obvious that they are missing the playoffs again this year for the ultimate record in professional sports. |

Like Erik Johnson and Connor Clifton?
Chris Drury or Danny Briere aren't walking through that door. |

Who ? The ones you Draft. I don't see any Good FA knocking down the Door to come here. Actually a few said No.
"Hope and Vibes" Thing isn't working out to well, only draws players looking for 1 last Overpayment. |

Pretty Accurate! Interesting kill plays in the Offensive Zone, funny think I brought that up with the Defensive game they should play. Use your speed to cause Chaos in the Zone, not just for Offense but to help your Defense to. |

I’ve said this before, I’ll say it again. Major shakeups are needed. Coaching changes first, trades second.
It’s going to become a major issue, the losing and loser culture. Our best players all demanded a change of scenery in the past couple years and all found massive success outside of Buffalo.
It’s a powerful message. You want success, leave Buffalo.
This shatshow needs to end, now. It cannot be allowed to continue another week. We will find ourselves losing more top players. I’d put my money on Dahlin walking first

It's just not the Coach, these players need to take some responsibility. They play with purse 👛 rather then Hockey Sticks. Pretty Bad when the Youngest kid on your Team shows the most Heart. |

Adams built a team of Skill and pussiess! We have No pieces coming up through our system that are needed at this point. Adams has to Wake the F@ck up and use his Treasure trove off assets to get them. We need the Glue pieces. |

No, team toughness was an issue last year when we were the 3rd highest scoring team. Its ok to admit adams is a donkey. He is the one who said it
Team toughness doesn't always mean physicality either, they are mentally fragile as well
Maybe it means less in the regular season overall but overall toughness in the playoffs absolutely matters - ieetbred

A lot of youngins who are! My Son was 16 before the Bills did anything, thank God he still likes Football. He doesn't even watch Hockey with Me when he's home. Sabres just aren't a draw to him. Funny they Where doing a Blood Drive at School, could have taken Sabres Tickets or Money. He took the Money. |

I don't remember who he had as a Sabres goal scorer, but I believe he had Chatfield scoring, or maybe vetting a point. |
