How many times has Terry/(insert GM) made a long term commitment to (insert player x) only for it to immediately blow up in their face?

They dump players at the wrong time.

They trade too much away.

They don’t trade enough away.

0 quality free agents signed in any role.

They have regressed coaching from Lindy Ruff to a revolving door of wannabe’s.

Terry and Kim are the source of the problem, they are terrible in management roles…like Okposo/Girgs bad.

Adams is new still, every year he is still experiencing new situations with no real experience to lean on. He extended his coach to be his right hand man, so they can endure this together.

The coach thinks he’s upper management, talks big picture all the time, while all the problems are in the day to day.

The team is fragile, leadership is happy to still be in the NHL, the youth is happy to experience the NHL. No one is playing in the present.

I have 0 faith they can even identify the issues correctly, let alone make the right moves to fix it. This is heading towards implosion.

Can understand what Adams 👀 in SirFallsAlot and Retired Man, they helped with players wanting to be here and changing the Vibes a bit. But they have taken these youngsters as far as they can, what experience do they have of taking it to the next step. They need a few Nail spitters that can play a bit. It's fabulous to have all this supposed talent, but a lot of times it's the glue guys that push you to that next level. Need a few guys that just tell it like it is and show it. Can't have Milk and Cookies waiting for these guys when they hit the Locker Room all the time.

I just don't get it, I mean it's all over articles you read. Not like it's hidden away behind those Barricades Adams has built around "Loser Village". Needs to open his Brain and understand there's more to building team success than just good Drafting.

The quantity of high draft picks clouded some people's perception of this organization.

The group of players that all had career years last season, led to the short sighted idea this could be built on.

The amateur approach of potential = talent and believing that is the solution to this teams problems, is only growing more clinically insane by the game.

The Owner and GM and coach went all in on this....majority of the hockey world went into the season with more questions than answers.

The GM then begins the season saying they will be fearless and they are ready to embrace expectations, after a piss poor off season.

The coach continues to use corporate speak, and has the backing of the GM, during what is clearly a mismanaged roster, who is unable to squeeze the juice out of any player.

The players are now publicly communicating the same problems that have plagued this organization for a decade.

They will blame injuries and youth, and remind people this season will be a learning lesson for this group.

There will be some trying to compare this roster to the Avalanche's bad season before they took off, which is laughable but it will happen. Kevyn Adams is not Joe Sakic.
