False. OJ was a Manchurian Candidate created by MK Ultra. This was indirectly shown to us as a via the classic Leslie Nielsen movie "Naked Gun"
If you'll recall, Reggie Jackson became an unwitting would-be assassin in a plot to murder Queen Elizabeth II. Perhaps you'll also recall that OJ was in that movie.
