There has to be a typo on the Beauvillier trade. There is no way a NHL GM would trade a pick to swallow a 4th line player with a $4.2 million cap hit.

Vosters is terrible. No mention on that 2-1 that just occurred but rather called it a rush.

Yep, he's 19 Seth is 27 so there's that, hopefully KK gets better at defending it, i think he will.

Yes the two of them together would be fun but a 28 year old taking on a 7 year 9 to 11 million dollar contract? If the team had more NHL caliber talent you can make the move and suck up the last three or four years of the contract. But right now? Pass!

What do you want them to do? They needed to fill a forward spot with someone who isn’t in Rockford. No one is giving up a contributing player right now. Beauvillier is a top six type forward. Van didn’t have room for him there so he was available. Please understand that there several factors that go into trades that are made in the NHL.

Yeah, combine that with the fact that this team loves to turn the puck over and you get the result thus far.

I know there isn’t much talent, but the willingness to simply throw pucks away is really surprising.

2 posts and a number of good chances for the Hawks after it went 4-1. Detroit isn’t going anywhere with that defense.

KD is going to need to get 2 top forwards to play with Bedard next season. You don’t want the next great one getting frustrated. I’d like a power forward and a playmaker on his wings. Let 98 do the sniping. Not sure anyone on the current roster is qualified.
