The "Celebrities and Famous" Who Will Die in 2024 Game starts at 12:01AM EST on January 1, 2024 and Ends on December 31, 2024 at 11:59PM EST.
You can select 15 people that you believe, hope and want to die in 2024.
Post them between NOW and December 31, 2023 at 11:59PM EST and list them in the order in which they will achieve deceased status, must be "celebrity" or "famous" individuals (e.g. they have a wiki page).
Tie breakers in case of duplicate selections: If a contestant has celebrity "A" listed 1st and another contestant has same celebrity listed 4th, the contestant with the higher selection would get tie breaker status. Additionally, second tie breaker will be decided using the following: first posted gets credit, if still deadlocked we will award co-champions or something...

Age at time of death will be granted points as follows

0-20 = 12 points
21-40 = 10 points
41-60 = 8 points
61-80 = 6 points
81-99 = 3 points
100+ = -1 point (yeah that's right, negative points for picking someone over 100)

Upon death of one of your selections you must post the death and accumulated points in the thread in order for the tally to be scored.

All deaths before July 1, 2024 are normal points, all deaths starting July 1st and after are worth double points, any death occurring on that celebrities birthday are automatic double points.

Leap Year Death Day, February 29, 2024. Any death on your list on that day is worth quadruple points

A coroner’s report listing the cause of death as murder are triple points regardless of date of death
A coroner’s report listing the cause of death as Suicide are worth an escalator clause of 2.5x the set points before July 1, 1.5 factor multiplier after July 1 points
Asterisks will be added to all selections that warrant them, any controversies or protests will be handled as always by The Tribunal.

Any changes made to your order will be allowed prior to the deadline, however that new entry will receive only normal points, no doubling after July 1st << not sure what this legacy rule means, but it stays
Anyone who has a perfect death selection of all their picks is automatically the champion regardless of points
BONUS DAY: If the Toronto Maple Leafs, Montreal Canadiens or Winnipeg Jets…. Aw (frank) it….Hey lets be serious for a moments if ANY Canadian based so called NHL team wins the Stanley Cup in 2023, the day of their win will be marked by a triple point extravaganza for all picked celebs who die that day.

BONUS DAY 2: If any President of the United States, current or former, dies the day of their death is triple point extravaganza for all picked celebs who die that day....if the death of the prez is linked to the chinese virus, quadruple points for all picked celebs who die that day.
