Anderson... most probably.

But I'm like you. I think Ylonen can be more than he is right now with 12 min of ice time.

If Slafkovsky just goes in a straight line he gets a chance there, instead of cutting sideways...he just gave the Detroit player a prime chance to strip him off the puck

They all need to shoot more.

But I’m no coach..

except the first line, all the others pretty much (frank)ing suck. not cool for Slaf, I don't mind seeing him play with Evans but with Pearson completing them, c'est pas vargeux...

and you can always rearrange the trios all you want but with all those key guys missing there definitely won't be extraordinary combinations throughout the lineup. osti.

shooting is a key element when it comes to scoring, I agree with you there, Pete.

problem is, some of the young guys that are key players who we'd enjoy watching play and develop can't (frank)ing play, they're injured.

on that one I agree with Pat. losing Dach and Newhook sucks big time. that is a year of development they will lose.
that being said, if they play kids, and lose, I for one will never complain. they must play, learn, progress... and we have to be patient (if and only if they play the kids).
enough with Pearson on the PP and Armia in the PK. play the kids.
same goes for Allen in net btw.

yeah, Slaf and Ylonen could get promoted up the lineup, indeed. but I guess that's about it... maybe I'm missing something but I don't really give a (frank) about Mitchell Stephens.

sometimes they call up a guy just to fill a spot. they do not want to call up real prospects like Roy and Mailloux, they want to leave them there so they can learn.

Maybe they should play their defensemen as forwards

there was a guy in here saying they could try Barron on RW with Caufield and Suzuki. can't remember who though.

I actually thought about that too, I wouldn't do it but a guy like Barron would probably have more offensive output than some of those guys in the forward group.

yeah, I really don't see the point of actually doing it though. I'd want Barron to focus on his game on the backend, not how he's supposed to play his new role as a forward.
