Sabres, man that franchise. With the standings I will say this, any team can make a run or drop quick.

Hoping Flyers play well and grow, but if they are not in the playoffs, hope they drop quick at the end and hope Panthers just get in.

Why would the panthers need to just get in, they look like one of the best teams in the east

I think he was saying that because the Flyers own the Panthers first round pick this year.

Ahh ok, makes sense. Wishful thinking, they will probably hold one of those top two spots all year in their division. Hopefully an early exit in the playoffs

Yeah, I've seen a couple of their games and unfortunately they look good. Hopefully they get tripped up in the first round of the playoffs!

What is it about Coot’s shootout move that makes it so hard to stop?

will say this, we should be thankful, how long has this board been wanting a player with a shot like Foerster showed last night.

I think the goalie has to watch out for the backhand first. Maybe it freezes them from moving laterally.

the quick change of position, that changes the angle of the shot, goalie has to hold the near side while shot is on backhand.

Coming in turned backwards and then spinning all the way around to the forehand causes the puck to travel farther? IDK. I watched it a dozen times. I can’t figure out why it’s harder to stop than just going backhand to forehand with out turning your back to the goalie on the backhand. It looks so slow.
