The other thing that impresses me about Ovi is the fact that he has always played a physical game and somehow found a way to stay healthy. Bure was a dancer.

It does make me wonder sometimes if he is on something.

If Farabee does get sat, is Torts going to get torched until Thursday? If Farabee is doing this even after a benching, this says he’s been doing this for most the season.

its a remarkable parameter and probably his best attribute other than his unworldly one-timer because the only thing that stopped Bure was his knee injury. Its impossible to compare Eras. Bure played during the Clutch and Grab neutral zone trap and was restricted by the center ice line. Bure could score in every facet, speed, deke and shot. He created most of his own offense and didnt need to be set up. My statement is based on pure overall goal scoring ability and peak prowess.
Ovi has played in a much freer and PP friendly league. Also benefited from more 4 v 4 play and 3v3 OT play....interestingly, he has over 50 empty net goals

- THE BLACK HAND

Well he's played what 20 years in the league? Durability is a part of it. Remaining capable of scoring goals at a high level well into his 30's is part of what makes him better than Bure in my opinion.

Farabee needs to figure it out that was pathetic. He was out with frost too , he knew frost was gassed, just a bonehead decision
- ClaudeFather

It starts with Sanheim. He has no play on that puck. Just a bad pinch.

Couturier with a strong period. Tape to tape precision pass to set up Konecny. Strong on the puck and carrying play. Sure looks fried to me!

I’m just glad Sanheim isn’t Letang’s set up man in this game. Their chemistry on Saturday looked like one of the best in the league.
