Granato says good news on Dahlin and he'll go to Boston. UPL (illness) will not. I'm assuming they'll start Levi but that will be something for tomorrow's morning skate

The way to get good players here is through drafting and trades.

Doing the first part of that equation well and they are completely avoiding doing the second part of that equation (although Greenway was a quality add)

I think it’s time to prep for the possibility Levi may not pan out. Get a decent vet type for 2 years, send Comrie to the moon, give UPL the balance he needs, gives us 2 years to see if Levi is the real deal

Is UPL good, or did he just have a good month? Important question to figure out.

The song blasting through KeyBank Center right before the opening third-period faceoff was Metallica’s “For Whom the Bell Tolls,” and maybe we’re getting closer to a name or two. Options are dwindling for a major change to no longer be necessary behind the bench or on the ice.
