Was surprised Marchand's shot on Joker didn't exhort a bigger response though. Shouldn't have been Joker coming back to confront him, not sure who was on the ice though. Marchand can scrap, but he's a midget, someone should've got in his face.

I would say absolutely not. A true Sabre fan wants what's best for the team. Having Olo produce AND play effective defensively is all anybody wanted.

If your assertion is he has been playing this way all along and the GM, Coach, 500,000 fans (less 1) were all wrong for the last 2-1/2 seasons...well, I don't know what to tell ya.

Good on him for finally taking the game seriously by putting in the effort to not be a void on the team.

Yes and so tackling him to take a matching minor wasn't the answer, but as we've seen before against us, you can get in a guys' face and stay out of the box still. It's more about the lackadaisical response by the team that got me. Joker has been here, seems to be a guy who's well liked in the room.

We already have 4 rookies on the team. 3 playing meaningful minutes and looking great. Rosen has been adapting.

I'd rather let Kulich cook in the AHL. Hes gotten a game, I would be surprised if he doesn't come up for a few more. But whatever the limit is for that contract to slide I wouldn't go over it.

It has worked well for JJP and Cozens in back to back years...maybe even Quinn would have broken out too.
