I've made my point. At some point soon, you need to let him adjust to the NHL by playing in the NHL.

No team holds back a player as productive as him for that long.

His defensive side still needs work according to Appert.

The NHL is not a development league. Rosen (who put up more points while they were together down in Roch) in 6 NHL games has not produced a point.

That sometime soon can be next year. Or if we keep getting injured you know hes the next call-up. Or at least after Biro.

I know that, and they'll have more guys next season.
Kulich and Rosen yes. For later in the season.
It will only benefit them for next season being able to be integrated more easily.

Adams and co have drafted high often.

He traded very high 1st round picks heading into their primes for a large quantity of mid 1st round picks.

The teams he built have also resulted in more high 1st round picks.

He has done nothing to show he is competent enough to properly manage an NHL roster.

There should be no assumptions that the process will progress, let alone smoothly with a coach who thinks he is a GM.

His 2nd attempt to build a playoff caliber team will again, result in a high draft pick.

How does the prospects potential, blind everyone from this? What plan do you see in this situation that gives you something to build on?
