My simple philosophy is do what you want to do with your person/body, as long as it does not impact me or society as a whole, in a detrimental manner.

You wanna be gay or transgender, be gay or transgender!

You don't like the idea of gay or transgender? Then don't be gay or become transgender, no one is forcing you!

You only got 1 life, might as well try to be happy however you can.

Life is much less aggravating and blood pressure stays normal since I moved to this way of thinking.

In fairness, it is usually old white guys who are offended by the changes in society.

I fond it somewhat ironic that the youth have no empathy or patience for older people who cannot get their heads around these changes. Change never occured as fast for them, as it is happening for the youth today.

I suspect as the people who are 65+ now start dying off at higher rates, these will become less and less of an issue.

(Not that I am advocating for their deaths, just saying there will be a large societal shift in thinking that will replace the skewed percentage of the current elderly population.)
