I hope the habs will be ready, LA could break the NHL record for most consecutive road game wins tonight.

yeah, (frank) the tanking nation.
- Pat1993

they're not tanking Pat, far from it. they're 2 points away from a playoffs spot!

yeah it's still very early

I'm surprised you're predicting a habs win, I guess you're strongly rooting for Monty

I really hope he does get the W, as long as the team in front of him shows up on time..

meh, LA have to lose at some point, might as well be tonight. of course odds probably say they're the favorite but SuperMontY will have a good one tonight. again.

gotta keep those good drafting chances
- Pat1993

just the reality of facing one of the best team in the NHL and the Habs are still rebuilding...

I could be wrong but that 4-1 Kings is my guess

also it could be a source of motivation for the habs, for two reasons: because of how they didn’t show up against LA last time, and also because they'll want to ruin the party for that record.

Habs barely touched the puck vs LA last time around but it was a back to back on top of it

they were able to get a point vs DET so you never know I guess

have to agree though that with Danault and PLD... that won't be easy. Kings should be ready.

speaking of DET, I'm curious to see if Kane can still play, I've seen the stats for guys that had the same surgery he did and it ain't looking good.

no but sometimes the opponent can take the Habs lightly. probably less likely with 2 local kids in the lineup.

with the way they're playing LA aren't taking anyone lightly right now, local guys or not.

In the mix with about 8 other teams, many who have played 2-5 less games.

5 regulation wins.

But sure.

Yeah, that Kings team looks pretty strong. Wondered about their goaltending before the season started, but they seem to be well above average there so far this season.

I though the same thing when Vegas traded for Eichel...

Kane was frustrating last year (had him in one of my pools), and watching him play he looked bad. Will be interesting to see how he rebounds, but even if he is a 50-60 point player now, still likely an upgrade.
