Point blank, obviously Lambert isn’t going anywhere. This team has to work on just getting the puck out of the zone. And, putting the (frank)ing puck in an empty net. I think it was Casey and Clutter…one could have passed it to the other and probably had an easy empty netter, but they flub it in the corner.

And, for the coach, stop putting stupid personnel on the ice in the last 2 minutes. I don’t want to see Lee or Palmieri or (frank)in Mayfield in that time span. I know we all know this already but why in the (frank) did we sign Mayfield to ANY contract. 1 year is too many.

Totally agree that they would close out a lot more games if they could score some empty netters like the rest of the League. But they get hemmed in their own zone so often and so easily. Not enough chances for empty netters.

We need van de ven and Maddison back. We need another CB in the window. If we can nick that 4th CL spot I’d be thrilled. They played great on Sunday. I was so sick and tired of Champion and Le Seaux talking about how injured Newcastle was like we don’t have like 10 or 11 guys out ourselves. Le Seaux is just a salty Gooner anyway.
