Eventually, I think you will be surprised with him.
Even though he packed on 10-15 lbs of muscle since last season, they dude could use another 10 -15 more.
Once that comes, he should be a decent player.
Don't sell low on the kid, especially having come this far with him - IonSabres
Would be a great story, if he was drafted in the 7th round as it will take 5+ years for him to even grow into NHL size, let alone allow the organization to see what he is capable of.
If he turns out to be a good player in 26/27, great, still a waste of a 14OA pick. |

As pathetic as Adams and Meatball are, and they are absolutely pathetic at their jobs...assuming you can contain Murray to those minutes is moronic. Murray hates cult's and will bully Okposo when he tries to get the hippie, loser, padded room vibes going. - washedup20

Todd from Lockport here. Big Murr is going to bring his lunch pail to the rink tonight and you're going to see real hockey not like 5'6" Jeff skinner doing pirouettes he's going to play ted Nolan hockey. Also the Sabres need a coach like Ted Nolan I've been watching this team since Ted Darling and this team is soft. The fact that softee Ryan Miller had his jersey retired says it all. Anyway Tim Murray is gonna have a great game thanks for taking my call

Agreed, Adams and Meatballs are clueless in every measurable category as leaders/managers/coaches. |

He plays a worse style of game that the organization has an abundance of. The move was to trade it, instead we will discuss 4+ years of maybe he might be a 3rd liner eventually.
It was and remains, as usual, bad organizational management. He remains irrelevant with little value. |

What does that have to do with improving the dog poop Sabres team? I don't care about other teams prospects, you are not making a point here.
Trading that pick to bring in proper support for the NHL team was and remains the play.
The rest of the draft is meaningless here.

Right after trading your 3 biggest players at the time?
And right before Tage broke out... That wasn't happening.
Had we traded the pick for support we wouldn't even of known who we would be supporting

I am not a fan of Adams, but if that's true than the Sabres are hopeless. I guess Danny B trading his top scorers last season and signing support players was blind luck.

Everything Adams has done was to allow that group to grow together, except bring in proper support, which is the theme of the failed offseason. Check the plastic holding your milk, something is off.

Adams has a 5 year plan with no idea who will be on his roster, at any point in time. |

So you knew the Tage 37 goal year was coming?
You knew Tuch would be ppg player when he came back from injury for like the first 20 games?
You knew Mitts would actually turn it around a year and a half later?
Cozens 2nd year playing with Rookies, you saw that coming too

You are all over the place man, a young group put together by the GM, needed support back then as it does now. That's the point here, you are arguing hindsight, I don't know why.
Rosen didn't help back then and isn't helping now, trading that pick to bring in support was and remains the move.
