64 goals and 148 points over the last 2 seasons
I doubt a few boos after a coach got fired is going to let you steal him from the blues - homiedclown
Fair. I figured Skinns would at least help mask it a bit, he has produced well since his dumpster fire season post Eichel. Might be too much to hope for. His contract may be a bit too much for us to carry long term anyways.

No denying Kyrou has talent, but everything I’ve read up on him is that he seems unmotivated too often and it’s obvious he had issues with Berube. He certainly would fit in perfectly here with the many lazy, uninspired hockey players we have. That being said, I wouldn’t entertain any trade unless they took Skinner with the Sabres retaining a bit of salary if needed. We have enough head cases on the team - Cory1
I just didn't hear this much until his production plunged this year and there was trouble with Berube. If he's that much of a basket case, then passing is right, agreed.
Got any offseason adds you're pining for? I know Stammer probably won't happen, I just can't get away from the idea lol. HBU? - QuinnFan
He would bring a Mentality this Club is sorely lacking, could be worth it just for that. No I was hoping not to have to start looking at that this early player wise. They need some grit that can play.

He also has a full NMC, his salary averages out to 8.125 million. It’s fun to project potential trades etc… but in reality, Kyrou is stuck in St.Louis and they are stuck with him. He’s only 25, skilled but mercurial….

82 points this season seems to be a stretch
do heads roll with a 74 point season? - homiedclown
That's a good question. I really wonder tbh, they SHOULD, but there's a lot in-between should and will. I'd imagine Meatballs goes first but even that is a question after KA's missing offseason.
OOC, would you fire Meatballs or KA first, if you could only pick one?

Fire the existing coaching staff into the sun is a good start.
Either that or they have an epiphany and get the team being good off the rush again. - Swedish_Jesus
So you wouldn't change much outside the coaching staff? Obv with my lineups, there's 2-3 changes, so I'm of the mind that we have a team that COULD win here. But do you think less is needed in terms of personnel?

The problem is and I believe Homer when he says it both Adams and Granato's jobs are safe and thats a real issue.
The team is very undisciplined. If you look at that twitter clip and ask yourself what role does Granato play on this team then you see a deeper issue when you watch it. Each individual mistake is the players fault but as a whole its Granato's fault. The team is just not disciplined and I mean that two ways. They are not disciplined for their mistakes and they don't play disciplined hockey because the mistakes are often. The good vibes schtick has worn off. If the losing continues I think we will start to see players giving up on each other and Granato losing the team.
Kind of feels like we are at a fork in the road and either these guys turn it around or Granato loses the team.
After 13 years of losing it kind of feels like losing has become acceptable in the locker room and management has made it this way.
