Again, Im not worried about whether or not hes playing better than Wheeler or Brodz, the ONLY thing I care about is that the line hes on is working and scoring.

This may mean that either Robertson gets in today or Miller will be out longer than day to day. With two days off after today and Zac Jones as the extra already, trying to understand why Robertson is needed if he doesn’t dress

I get it. But if trying to maximize cap space and that player can’t dress even if injury occurred mid game, not sure the benefit. Plus they could call him up tomorrow if need be

They almost 6 million in deadline space available... but that is if Chytil and Kakko don't come back. Not great for the long term.

Yea thats the tricky thing. The fact that they already ruled out the possibility of Kakko being done for the year doesnt do much for his cap hit. The unknown with Chytil doesnt help us either. It might be space, but it doesnt seem like we can do anything with it.

The positive about all this cap stuff and injuries is they are handling adversity extremely well this year.
