A little shakier, I'd say. Just not as dialled in. I wouldn't say the goals were necessarily his fault, but in terms of the confidence he gives you, it's weak - there was an easy glove save he whiffed on early and it deflected off of his glove and into the post. One of the goals was the result of him misreading an in icing and not a playing a puck that he didn't even have to leave his crease to deflect away. He had nice deflection on the PK blocking a pass out, but that was - for me - his highlight.

He's been down too early and just doesn't look poised and comfortable.

Odd observation, but here goes:

I’m switching back and forth between the Leafs game and the Dolphins game, and the football game is just so much more visually pleasing.
