flu = covid
- senstroll

Is it even worth differentiating the two at this point?

Another 11-7 lineup?
- Dozzer

11-7 and double-shift the hot stick - Matthews, Nylander, Marner, or whoever.

That is the way. When you have an elite player like Matthews leading the Rocket race, you give him all the ice-time he can handle.

Phenomenal. But, I always preferred Ron Hawkins with the Rusty Nails, his first band after TLOTL. You should check them out if you're not familiar. He is in the running for my favourite Canadian lyricist.
Sorry if you guys have moved on!! Just lurking to see if there was still any commentary from the beatdown you guys gave us the other night.

- Tonybere

Seen them a few times for sure and the DGA's as well. I live in the same 'hood as Ron so I've had the chance to catch him live a handful of times the last 4-5 years. And I agree ...his voice is almost perfect Canadiana for me. I must have seen TLOTL a dozen times in the early-mid 90's on the university scene.

His Tommy Douglas Tuesday jams were great during the pandemic too.

Heck, i believe they are playing in Guelph tomorrow night.

Nice ...put on some schlumpy 90's jeans and a backwards ball cap and get over to see them Fakesy! Maybe grab a Black Label on tap!

Scariest, creepiest movie or series villain of all time?

I’ll start.

Anton Chiguhr (Javier Bardem)
No Country for Old Men

- Woderwick

Ray Marcus (Aaron-Taylor Johnson)
Nocturnal Animals

Not for me, but my wife and the four women I've talked to who have seen that film seem to all agree.

I dont know if it still holds up as i havent watched the movie since i first did decades ago but....Event Horizon was creepy AF. Imo.
- Fakepartofme

It doesn't hold up super well, but is still a pretty good film. The story around how the directors cut was buried in a salt mine explosion in Romania or some poop is still hilarious. He had like 30 minutes extra that would push it from R to X and it mysteriously got destroyed in a third world country with the only print of it.

Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal Lector.

Also the Cape Breton sequel: Ewes Be Quiet.

I knew this would come up. He’d be down the list a bit for me.

LOL

He’s funny looking.

Hollywood suite is on free preview. The movie Tingler was on last night. That movie scared the crap out of 7 year old me.

David Lynch has a few entries in the creepy movie category. Eraserhead weirds me out every time I see it and the Dennis Hopper character in Blue Velvet is right up there

Chris Hemsworth was a pretty good villain in Bad Times at the El Royale.
Never sure what he was going to do. Scenes were tense.

Man oh man, I wonder if the blue jackets have someone who justifies sticking Reaves into the lineup?
