I got one not as big as I was doing it on the bbq rotisserie. whent inside for a beer came out and it was a blazing. I do like my meat well done but this was extremely well done

We alternate prime rib and turkey every year, all on the rotisserie - it’s turkey plus a ham in the oven this year. I always make sure they are both around that same 14lbs, afraid the rotisserie motor might not handle heavier, but we have a slightly larger group this year so I’m wondering if I can bump up to 16lbs. Rotisserie has been amazing. No fretting, set it and forget it. Drink booze, visit with family, have fun, and it turns out perfect every time. I’ll never go back to traditional oven roasted prime rib or turkey.

Oh no.
Infra red searing burner for 40 to 45 minutes. Shut it off, then 2 side burners to 375 degree oven temp, indirect heat for the remainder, then searing burner to finish for 2-3 minutes (for the vultures that hover around the carving station). Make sure to catch the juices in a pan…incredible.
