Ducherov is making a strong Hart case this season.

At the very least, we can throw all his poop out of the locker room (do it in front of all his teammates).

This entire defence (frank)ing blows and needs a remodel in the worst way.

Forwards continue to compound the issue with piss poor decision making, but even if you take that out of the equation this defence is still total dog poop.

The Aki Berg days had more defensive ability on the blueline ffs. 🤮

Sometimes it looks like Brodie is using an Artis hockey stick when he is shooting the puck.

Probably would have looked better with a goalie making some stops

I think Reilly has been pretty good, Lilly looks good so far since coming back

I like the Mccabe Brodie pairing.

He knocked Sammie even more out of position on the one goal, and was last man back on the SH goal.

So he has more than contributed to his -3. He has been bad a lot more than good since his return.

Considering the injuries I think the defence has played well. But we need to be realistic, this group isn’t going to get it done in the playoffs. We need quality help, no more poop.

He hasn’t even had 3/4s of a season yet in the last 3 years, including the AHL, it’s going to take time for him to find defensive stability.

And the one guy they currently have to replace him is Lagesson, who has looked even uglier lately.

I hate McCabe defensively but I think you need to work with that because cap hit but also he at least has the ability to wake your team up with a bomb, which is an underrated playoff skill. But he's got to be a third pair guy.

Brodie is fading hard. Liljegren looks like he's hit his ceiling development wise.

The blueline as a group is east coast league level defensively, that's not gonna hold water and needs to change. They need to be stronger, more physical, and exponentially better defensively.

You gotta move bodies out to move them in. Brodie and Timmins are my first replacement candidates, Liljegren next if you can fish the right return.

Not the Leafs' best game, but they played well.

That was a win against a great team if not for those horrific bounces.

It's the inevitable 8-1 drilling by tomorrow's bottom-feeders that has be preemptively forlorn.

Hope it ends 7-6 Leafs, but this is freaking predictable bullpoop.

Sammy cannot play again.

Debatable. I like Lagesson a lot better than Timmins so far this year. I really hope Timmins develops, but I do not think he is quick or strong enough.

Nylander and Matthews buzzing tonight. Waste of a good night from those 2.
