Yeah agree can’t say the Canucks are lucky to have the points they have. They have raised the bar and can be a contending team. It’s hard for some to adjust to that reality because they had rebuild and can’t make playoffs to fall back on.

This season is about the core getting playoff experience. They will. I can trust management now. That given how many UFAs they have the right adjustments will be made. Those who will stay and who else will be brought in will allow to build on for next season.

It is fun to be a Canucks fan this year for sure. They play a more consistent and predictable style which is all most of us as fans had hoped for. The roller coaster good for a couple followed by very bad for 4 is hard to enjoy. They have had very few poor 60 minute efforts and it is reflected in the standings.

I think Ian Cole is nursing something his general physical play is trailing off (I don't have and stats-fancy or otherwise to back this up just the eye test) he looks a bit off. I feel like Soucy coming back in to the lineup is going to give them another boost and make the defensive zone no fun at all to be in for the opposition.

I look forward to the games more now than I have in many years.
