I'm as frustrated with the team as anyone, and I'm all for making trades that improve the team.
Power and Dahlin need to improve their games, as does 21 other players on the roster.
I am firmly convinced that the changes must come at GM and the Coaching ranks, therefore I would go after replacements there...which means the offseason, unless Berube can bring a whole Staff with him.

Firstly, we disagree at the outset. Levi and UPL haven't sucked. I believe they've been dynamite for us and the sole reason we aren't crushed by 6 or more goals every night.

But to explain the point, simply put, if there isn't another player in the entire league that could perform to your expectations, then those expectations are flawed. If you want to play the blame game, Donny, the Defense and our Forwards lack of a backcheck, are right there as low hanging fruit.

I don't know if there overpaid, but they have definitely been under coached and there Development hurt cause the Sabres don't know how to Mentor young players. Dahlin needed his Rhett Warrener when he was younger. And Power could use a Tallinder

Fans keep complaining but they still keep showing up to games. Stop showing up and see what happens. Pegula can care less as long as tickets, food, beer, parking is all money spent.

Taco shamed me for weeks after I said Donny is Krueger-lite over the summer.

I believe the gm, coach and players suck...as a collective. Blaming/Changing one will not solve a thing for this organization.

Thanks! I'm really starting to worry about the last part.

Carter Hutton talked about it at length, why did he go from hero to zero after leaving the Blues. Obviously the eye sight was part of that, but he talked a lot about having a system where he could learn where shots would likely come from. He also knew his defense's weaknesses, so certain angles he'd retreat a bit more, watching for lateral passes etc.

We have no structure. That certainly isn't helping two inexperienced goalies acclimate.
