As much as I think MacKinnon is a bit of an unnecessary assbag, a team needs some players that are total red assess, as those kinds of players detest losing to the point where that mentality then permeates through the entire team.

Not sure you can win with an entire roster of players like this.

-fire the Asst Coaches, all of them, and bring in the following on an interim basis for the balance of the season
* Dan Girardi and E Johnson as Interim Asst Coaches on the D and PK,
* Craig Anderson as Interim Goaltending Coach,
* Craig Berube as Interim Coach or Senior Advisor to focus on the O, PP & System Implementation
- Promote Okposo to Development Coach
- Trade for Konecny
- Trade for Lindholm
- Trade for Tanev
- Trade for Jake Allen
