This is gonna be a tough game for the Flyers. A long vacation week, traveling, against the top team in the league right now. Kudos to them if they play a full 60 minutes. Things a truly rough 3 game trip. Let’s go Flyers! |

What does Farabee have to do to get on the top line? - Feanor
On a related note, when adjusted for ice time (points/60), Farabee is the Flyers' most efficient point producer this season as well as the 5-on-5 points leader. The Flyers' top five in P/60 are as follows:
1. Farabee (4.17 P/60)
2. Owen Tippett (3.68 P/60)
3. Travis Konecny (3.46 P/60)
4. Morgan Frost (3.27 P/60)
5. Bobby Brink (3.12 P/60)
Frost would rank higher but has had three assists taken away by subsequent changes in scoring decisions: 11/3 at Buffalo, 12/9 at Colorado, 12/21 vs. Nashville. |

Finally, I now know what Torts was doing in the press box all those games last year. Building rapport with the official scorers to further his campaign against giving Frost more playing time.
Pretty crazy this happened to him three times. Was there ever an explanation why? |

4 game road trip. Van, Seattle, Calgary, Edmonton....we could lose all 4 and be on a 6 game losing by early January.
Carolina and NJD are tied, or just behind us in the standings....reality is about to set in...let's just enjoy the entertainment, and hope for a nice TDL, draft and free agency next year.

You’ve gotta take out Frost early in the season. The only way to do so is scratch him early. Make sure the league takes his assists away. Tell his teammates not to score on A quality scoring chances. |

Hilarious. No, really. I'm laughing on the inside.
Reality is that Frost has created offense at a good pace when actually in the lineup to do so. |

I really like what I've seen of Gendron. Really smooth skater. Seems to have a decent shot. Only 20 years old. I don't see a path for him currently but it'll be interesting after some trades are made at deadline and this summer. He still has a lot of work to do to get ready for NHL.
Let's go boys!
Tough road trip and Metro is tight. |

Thought that was a funny comment too. Any player would be ranked higher if they had more assists. |

There’s a decent amount to be optimistic with this club right. Some intriguing prospects on the phantoms, what looks like a great draft last year and good goaltender depth in a league bereft of it. With some smart moves and another good draft or two and they could really have something here. |

I think the point is that he did produce last year and he is producing this year. |

Absolutely ridiculous he gets next to no time for the league's worst powerplay. Averages only a handful of seconds more per game than noted offensive dynamos Cates and Laughton. Maybe if he 'listened' more. |

was it the correct call removing those assists? |

Frost should be qb'ing the powerplay a la Giroux on the half wall. I mean they might as well try that right? Definitely better upside than Hathaway in the crease lol. |

Also some of the assists taken away from Frost could technically be called either way. A couple of them were smart stick checks on opposing players sticks, causing turnovers and landing on the sticks of Flyers forwards who then set up a pass and a goal. |

What I really like about Frost’s game, which I feel he recently added is screening the goalie when he’s without the puck. He’s taking away the goalie’s eyes and willing to deflect the puck. I think this willingness to go to the crease has helped his game and I’m happy for him. |

Seems like the US and Canada are lining up for a head on collision. The other countries don’t seem to be measuring up to their level. |
