I like Zamula's progression, making better passes coming out of the D zone. Needs to be a little more physical around the net. I would hope to see him play every game after the trade deadline.

They are playing well and I will give Torts his due for having them ready to play tonight. The late start, week off, had the grounds to be a bad trap game. Didn't expect it on Vancouvers side.

I still don't think Torts is the answer....I will admit he is the right coach if he wins the cup in Philly...otherwise, no he is still not the right fit.

Have you ever stopped to consider they could be better with a coach with a better understanding of offense, pp and using young guys to their strengths instead of throwing walls in their path.

Bend the current winning all you want. I still do not expect them to make the playoffs. The other teams in the division and conference haven't hit their strides yet, and injuries have not been a thing for Philly next to Cates. I just think the odds are extremely stacked against them making the playoffs.

He has not stifled any young players this year. The young players are contributing as much as any other teams’ youngsters in the league are. Foerster does not deserve pp time yet he’s leaving him out there to learn in the job

I have never said I am not enjoying the play of the team this year. I just don't think they will hang in there to the playoffs. I am waiting for the bottom to fall out.

I hear you. I will always cheer for them to win but this team doesn't have what it takes to go the distance in the playoffs. There is just not enough talent overall. No sniper, no top D man, etc. They play hard and work hard but sadly I just don't see them succeeding in the long haul. I'm just enjoying watching them play and seeing the kids develop. Hopefully there will be good things in the future!
