Seeing the Flyer's cooperalls again made me laugh. I read that Carolina will be rocking the Whalers cooperalls on February 10th. I don't know why, but I love the ole whale tail logo. - bloatedmosquito
“On this day in 1988, Mario Lemieux scored five goals, five different ways. Lemieux scored at even-strength, shorthanded, on the power-play, on a penalty shot, and, finally, he added an empty-netter with one second remaining #Hockey365 #GOAT” |

Me too, actually. Flyers up 1-0 on the Flickers, let’s hope for a Calgary loss.

I don't care about either team so I don't want to talk about that anymore. |

Quote…
In their last 20 games – well over half their schedule so far – the Canucks are nine for their last 64 opportunities. At 14.1%, the Canucks are 26th in the league over that span. That’s a problem and it’s time somebody on the coaching staff or in the leadership group acknowledges it.
How can alarm bells not be sounding with both JT Miller and Elias Pettersson scoring one power play goal apiece over the team’s last 19 games? - Nighthawk
I think a little context needs to be added to this post...
1 If you post "Quote" maybe post who you are quoting, it means nothing to me to
see Quote.
2 It is a fluid game, sometimes there are struggles, but I don't believe in pressing a
panic button especially with 46 games to play and they still hold down PP 9th place.
3 How do you or the anonymous quoted individual know whether or not this glaring
downfall in PP production is not being acknowledged, I guess you want someone
to be publicly called out, some type of public flogging. I'm pretty sure "the
coaching staff" is well aware of the PP status and are working rectify the situation.
Do you want Tocchet or other coaching staff fired, or should the fan base overreact and demand changes, start booing or chanting fire so and so at games every time they don't score on the PP.
Jesus Christ this poop bothers me, best team production in a decade but nope, gotta hold people accountable because I expect perfection, and need to complain about anything and get people to follow suit, (frank)en PP poop. |

Hopefully the Canucks next trade is made by analytics.
O lines actual goals (for Makita's sake) 100 plus minutes ranking.
Joshua-Blueger-Garland 11th
Hoglander-Miller-Boeser 43rd
PDG-Miller-Boeser 45th
Kuzmenko-Pettersson-Mikheyev 75th
Out of 92 lines that have played 100 plus minutes together.
Barkov-Reinhart-Rodrigues at 279 minutes played together is 24-5 by far the best line in the league. |

Yet, not even in the top 5 ranked teams in the league. Context. |
