They need a bit of grit on that 2nd line with Pouty. - Reubenkincade
Someone with some skills this though. Rare find these days.
Atkinson had a real nice diving kick save on Kuzmenko last night. Mikky if he didn't have stone hands and manage to hit the goalie looking the wrong way. Petey hit a post. Could have been a complete opposite story.
I always wanted Lekhonen for that role. Years before it was Barbashev. I haven't really found another one in a while, that isn't like a known commodity. Yakov Trenin is kind of the new guy with change of scenery might help him be better.
Cole Sillinger maybe 3 years from now. |

Ya, I am only cheering for Canada because they have a Bruins prospect on the team - Reubenkincade
That makes sense, I’m sure you will complain about the Canucks prospects too. What’s the point in watching a Canucks player without a bit of tears amirite?! |

Not as exciting as asking for peoples addresses so that you can fight them. |

Not to worry, just a poor game after a mid-season break. Coaching staff will have them fired up in no time and back to their winning ways. You can’t win every game. |

Big game today, Canada vs Sweden, so torn on who to cheer for, my country or a team that has a couple Canucks prospects - Reubenkincade

Thanks Yorkster, they were overdue for a crapper. They delivered. It happens to every team. The difference between this year and recent past seasons is they don't string too many turds together. So I'm with you in expecting them to be much better against Ottawa.

TSN 3 the Czechia VS USA game.
There is a women near the camera, you hear her shriek for about 2 minutes after each Czechia goal.

Yes Go Canada!!
Starting Desmith against a very tough Philly team seems like quite the head-scratcher for Tocchet. Unless Demmer needs a bit more rest that was a coaching error to be sure. |

I like Anderson, just don't think they can take on that salary without moving Garland, Mikheyev or Kuzmenko |

Forest for the trees syndrome is high around here. Get rid of that midget Garland, and or Kuzy, and and get someone who can chip in offensively and play physical for the playoffs. Ya Garland's been playing well on that third line lately but he can easily be replaced, I don't like his game. The Canucks need to be bigger and more physical. |

Thanks NYN. Need another game to get over this one lol. Don’t get why Canucks were not prepared to play and were trashed.
Looking ahead the Kings will still have 2 games in hand on the Canucks by the end of January. They have 4 now. Talk about scheduling lol.
Anyway, next road trip east will define if Canucks are going to battle to remain a top team. |

I get the notion of adding size, skill and grit. Anderson checks one box, size, and is overpaid to boot. I'd be more down with trying to rescue a guy like Crouse out of Arizona. He's younger and cheaper. Probably more costly to aquire but would fit like a glove. |

Would have to agree if PO's are the goal then Garland and Kuz would be exposed big time in that environment. |
