If you're a tanking team and you win the lottery, what's the best thing to build your team around, the reason you hope to win the first overall and get the valuable piece?

For me it's a Crosby, McDavid, Matthews, Lemieux, Gretzky, etc. That's what I'd prioritize. But get the best player available and then get more good players doesn't have the same ring as 'build from the back end out'. But in reality it's the way.
