He's been pretty damn good at defending this season. Looking tired or hurt last few games though...
- boonerbuck

They have played twice in 2 weeks. I will admit, he played good defense for the 1st 25 games or so, but he has taken a step back to the norm.
There is a reason why they don't have that pairing do much PK anymore, unless it is very late in the penalty.

Ya, everyone should be rested.

There's no way you can honestly use that Sens game as a example of "the norm" with him. He wouldn't be in the line up if so. Thats just bias if people think that.

He's taken a step back but he's still the best all round defensmen on the team. It's not even close.

That midget Garland has 87 goals in his career. Probably 70 of them against the Blues. I swear

Wish I could watch that game. Might record it. Blues have 2 playing for Sweden and 1 for USA.

In the past year Hronek, Friedman, Zadorov, Soucy, McWard and Hirose.

Since you also added in Irwin, you should add in Cicek who has also been added but hasn't played a game. That makes 8 not 6 which is still not 5.

Shhh... this argument of who can count and who can't has been funny. Reminds me of "Who's On 1st".

The argument was actually about reading comprehension, the counting thing is Minivans narrative.

He had the winning goal last night in the shootout

Edit they lost in SO but he scored in the shoot out with a nice deke.

- VANTEL

Maybe he can be their 13th forward and take a shootout chance twice per season. That’s his ceiling

Is Tocchet teaching them when they cross the blue line with possession and are out numbering the opposition to dump it in the corner. FFS.

On St. Louis’ second goal he looked absolutely lost.

Didn't help Karlsson and Hoglander were trying to cover the same man.
