I still stand by my argument I had with a few on here not long ago that the Canucks were getting better value from Garland than Kuzmenko. If they are still not convinced, nothing will ever convince them.

RT knows how to win in the playoffs and kuz won’t get it done in his mind. He can score but lacks intensity and grit we can all see it.

For RT Kuzmeko plays soft and Garland doesn’t. Though Kuz can score goals so why not play him and trade him. IDK lots going on. RT has done well on turning players around. Hope something happens soon on Kuzmenko.

Kuzmenko has years of experience playing the game in a way that was acceptable in the KHL but not with RT. It's is only going to come together with time and effort... or perhaps never.

Canucks need to make a decision to have the patience for that while convincing RT to play it out, or quickly move on.

Maybe they have done that and why the agent came out and said all is well part of the plan. RT doesn’t like to talk about one player to the media. His concern is the team and winning games. Anyway, we shall see how this plays out.

I would favor playing Kuz sink or swim with Petey. Let Laff/Suter center the 4th line. I don’t think Kuzmenko loses games by being in the line up. His scoring can win those ones we need like he has done before.

Read about this Patrick Johnston report about Luongo and cap recapture. Apparently, his agent gave GMJB the heads up to trade for his rights so as go on LTIR or he’ll retire officially. So Luongo’s “no choice” comment during ring of honor interview has more to it.

It would be interesting to see how many times in his career after his rookie season that he went 10-12 games without a point and see if it's justified to call it "patented" or not. Of course it would have to be compared to other centers in the league to be fair.

lol a figure of speech bud but really yourself and many others in here commented on how Horvat would 'disappear' for multiple games at a time. It's not like it wasn't common knowledge around Bo being a Nucks fan. Oh, and I never advocated for Hughes to be the captain, but that's the direction the team went.

I don't expect Hughes to 'lead' like Bo should have completely different leadership styles from what I can see so far. But I also don't find it weird that the club is doing much better under Hughes' leadership and with Bo gone. Says alot IMO. Bo had the ability to lead in many different capacities but he chose the pansy path. Is what it is man. I appreciated his contributions here but was massively disappointed with Bo as Captain. And, in turn, with Bo gone the room looks to be much tighter as well which again to me, says alot. But hey all good now Bo can skate to the bench in NYI while his 'buddies' are being manhandled on the ice.
