Speaking of ugly, I saw Mike Ricci during the game the other night.

All the Whorey Fairy hate in the previous thread was hilarious, but also it was interesting to see how open the fans are to having him in the blue and white.

Yes, he will be a penalty minutes monster for fantasy leagues. And he will also chip in a few timely goals from the bottom six. He can play PP2 and fill in on PP1 when needed. If you forget that he's a dirty cheating bum, he is a good cheap add for your bottom six.

I'll avoid the obvious joke involving Fairy and the "bottom six".

That said, I want to win, and if Perry makes the Leafs better, and I’m happy to trust in Trees assessment, then I’d be ok with it. The Tree knows who’s available and who might be available and the potential cost, so if Perry comes in then I’ll trust that that was the best available move.

IMO, biggest needs are for 3rd line and a top 4 D. I don’t see Perry on the 3rd line but he would make the 4th better. If Holmberg can play in the 3rd, I think the forwards are in good shape and Tre can concentrate trade assets in getting help for the blue line.

Mc David bought a boat off my buddy's son at the Legend Boat Dealership off highway 400 last summer on his way to his cottage. I guess he is signing with Toronto too!

I grew up in St. Louis, so I walk around in shorts and sandals when it's 45 and they think I am nuts. They are correct, but for reasons other than my winter attire.
