I like MSL as coach, the way he wants the game played, how he treats the players and some of his concepts around player development. But his own development (or lack of) as a coach might be the thing hurting this team more than a lack of talent.

OMG!!! It’s the toughest thing to do!! Especially during training sessions!! But he’s so smart and good with training that I can add some fun things while training!
