Had seasons for the Roadrunners, then few years with the Hamilton Bulldogs (amazing when they won the Calder). Good times but annoying how the AHL teams keep rebranding/moving all over the place.

No, the isles got the favourable bounce right to the point. It happens, McCabe took a lot of flak that he didn’t deserve, it’s hard to react to a broken play.

I thought the icing that was entirely on McCabe was the killer. Leafs had full possession, Matthews was open and tapping his stick on the ice, McCabe chose to make a really bad long bomb pass which ended up being icing and cost the game. Leafs played ok, not great, the first goal on Jones was stinky. I thought the great defensive can-opener on Matthews prior to his "stepped on my stick" penalty was also a contributing factor.
