But with that being said, I believe he’s a 30-goal scorer. He’s feeling the pressure this year. But he’s working hard on his game, and I believe the last few weeks he’s doing a good job.

In all seriousness, I don't see a scenario where FA calls up Bruce personally and multiple times tells him to convert players to other positions. I don't see this management group putting up with that for one minute let alone multiple times either. I also think they wouldnt push that on Bruce for FA. Not unless they felt the same.

That doesnt fit what Bruce is saying. Go read again... this happened around the time Bruce was fired last season. Weisbrod and Benning were the season before. Also, no assistant coach can try and "make" the head coach do anything. All he can do is suggest something.
