It'll take care of itself when the seasons over, as mentioned before by several people, he's an RFA, not a UFA. He's on pace to have another 100+ point season, I read on X that he had 46 points last season after 42 games, or something like that, this year he has 57 points. He's going to get paid, and he should.

If EP40 scores 50 more points this year he'll have 430 career points as a Canuck which will be 10th all-time. That's crazy!! It seems like his career is just getting started.

Some fans wanted that when he wasn’t defending very well.

The physicality there towards end of 1st was good wake up energy for Canucks. They did have a lot of possession though no shots to penetrate. Maybe too many passes.
