If there are bans he's mad, if there are not bans he's mad. It's a no win situation. South Buffalo was getting pounded and North Buffalo was completely clear earlier this morning. The DPW said it didn't make sense to have a ban for the whole city in that situation. If they put one in place at that time, North Buffalo would be mad. If you don't, South Buffalo is mad. Some people just want to be mad all the time. I have friends like that. It's tiring.
