Nothing. They had one year with a bunch of individual career years that overshot its worth, and still failed to make the playoffs. Then, when it was promising, adams did absolutely nothing to bolster this roster and build sustainability

Adams has failed this roster. Coaching is failing our youth on the roster and the team is filled with a bunch of players who don't seem to have the internal fortitude to compete on a nightly let alone shift by shift basis
