If Canucks keep line up together they would have to send Friedman and Karlson down but still not enough. So price on futures might be more to get Habs to retain a little.

I would rather they go out and get Elias Lindholm (Swedes forever) from Calgary, as he's generally been a healthier player the past few years, but I would have no issues with Monahan if they made him available. Cost would likely be cheaper too.

A new defense for the most part.
Upgrading the bottom 6 and finding a more than capable back up goalie.
A coaching staff with people to coach all nuances of the game. A checking forward coach, a defensive D coach, an offensive D coach and so on.
Also, getting the owner and the president to STFU.

Best start time of the season so far for me and I guess NYN. Almost normal PM start 8pm my time.
