I have to eat small meals all day long... just cannot have 1 big mean and a few small things the rest of the day anymore.

I even it all out, every 2 hour or so - feel better, less indigestion/stomach pain, etc...

Started this in late October, and to be honest, I feel better, more energized, sleep better, probably eat more but lost weight.

You just gotta find your thing and try to stick with it... sometimes it is hard when I go out to dinner, but we do not to that often.
