Started this in late October, and to be honest, I feel better, more energized, sleep better, probably eat more but lost weight.

You just gotta find your thing and try to stick with it... sometimes it is hard when I go out to dinner, but we do not to that often.

- Mashadar

well it makes sense that it's easier for the digestive system if you eat small quantities but more frequently, rather than a few big meals. it isn't something everyone can do I guess depending on their work and lifestyle but it's something to aim for imho.

Yeah, working from home makes it a lot easier... not sure I could do it if I had to pre-package everything before leaving for work.

LOL.

Trailing by one goal after giving up 17 shots in the first (only 4 for us).

The kind of game Ottawa will lose.

Oh and Caufield with his 15th!

I'm gonna have to agree with Pete here.

If Pezz doesn't fight, what does he do?

I'm not a big fan of fights, but I don't mind them when they happen in the heat of the moment.

...but keeping a goon around so he can fight the goon on the other side in staged fights...That's just stupid in my opinion.

Don't worry, I don't think the Pez makes the team next season.

Barron has some offensive skills, but I don't think he can think the game fast enough. He often waits too long with the puck and turns it over

As long as the guy is not a liability on the ice with his play, I don't mind.

Pezzetta sucks.
