If he is playing with Zadarov who babysits him, then I am fine with an extension. Around half the price of his current contract and short term. |

lol at this point we wouldn't be beating the Oil in a PO series. Just because the Nucks beat up on the Oil in reg season means squat in the PO's. Oil are playoff hardened and Van needs experience. Plus we only have two Canadians on the roster

3 year extension for the guy who doesn't do anything.

Rutherford on Kuzmenko: I don't know what we do more than what the coaching staff has been doing...He's lost his confidence. He's a good player, and he can score. There's no doubt in my mind, whether it's in Vancouver or another NHL city, he will score.

Not sure where you get this from, but aside from a few games because of injury, he's been paired with Soucy for pretty much the entire season. |

I don’t know what “playoff hardened” means but they have played 28 playoff games in the past two years. It’s not like they don’t understand what the playoffs are all about. |

McMuffins the only reason 😆 - Bettmanhatesus
This is a such silly argument, so every teams best player is a large reason they’re in the playoffs….isn’t that how it’s suppose to work?
Both McBaby and Draisaitl are money in the playoffs, McBaby has 75 points in 49 games and Draisaitl has 77 in 49 games. |

Don’t forget Hyman, guys a beast in the playoffs. Edmonton has played a better defensive game than they ever played for Woody. I hate to say it but they look like the team to beat in the West. Just need to add a Chris Tanev type back on the 2nd pairing with Nurse, grab some goalie depth and open the stable gates. |

They’ve got just as many as Hughes and Pete. You should probably of shared how many points those 2 have in the playoffs. |

Yeah, QH and Petey have only been in the playoffs once, how many chances has the Oilers had? I thought so... One team was rebuilding (or constantly retooling in JB speak) and the other was supposed to be a Cup contender yet like Toronto only made it to the Conference Finals once (Toronto only made it to the second round before getting swept only last year). |

I’m no Oiler fan, although I feel like I’m defending them, I’m defending the process, but again, this is a silly argument. Veteran experienced teams usually win the Stanley Cup. Steven Stamkos was 30 before they won, Hedman was 29, Steve Yzerman 31, Dionne never, Modano 28, Brett Hull 34, Hossa was 31, teams win Cups, not individual players. |

Not much playoff experience yet but Petey is better than a ppg in the playoffs. That will continue this year I'm sure.
