Pegula just enjoys watching Buffalonians suffer. He never spends the money to hire experienced GMs, coaches, etc. that can get the job done for either of his teams. Donnie and McDumass have proven track records of not getting the job done. Anyone else would have been fired already. I just do not get it.

I don't think they want it bad enough and without players who lead from the front you need a coach who will

So here we are

Looks to be talent on this team. They need to start blending in those players that compliment what they have. They need a few players that won't take quitting and are hardened by there own Battles. Better Leadership, players that know how to WIN. They need there Stamkos or Palat. The Sabres could be the next Tampa Bay Lightning with the right moves, and that process should have started at last year's TDL and continued into the Offseason. It was a perfect offseason to change your bottom 3 and add some Hockey Players to your Backend. Instead Adams went on vacation July 10th and hasn't returned yet.
