The Sabres are led by 2 players who can't play anymore...and their depth is filled with uselessness.

Bring both the bolded and Reaves in and see the difference. Culture matters, he would be an investment into changing the culture.

The Sabres have Anderson literally hanging out with the team to help with the goalies (so dumb) - they need a full culture shift.

Flood the room with those types to support the core in ways founded on toughness. Writing him off as a nothing for Buffalo, when playoff teams still desire Reaves is wrong.

He will go down as one of the great role players in the history of the game...while in that same time window, the Sabres will go down as a historical failure as an organization.

Trenin make 1.7mill, see if he will take a 2 or 3yr deal at 2mill. Joshua makes 875k, see is he will come for 1.5mill, Hankipaa makes 1.5mill. I would double him up for a few years. See if a 2yr 2.5mill avv gets him. He's probably gonna have to overpay, but could help in the long run if he does it right. He has to devert from his plan, it's failing horribly.

Dakota Joshua is exactly what this team needs. He hits, he'll fight, he kills penalties, he grinds and he stands up for his teammates. Plus he scores > 10 goals per season. Much better value than Okposo, Girgs, EJ, Jost, Bryson etc.

Also, I just chatted with former Sabre Christian Ruuttuu in the Starbucks line at LAX. Sabres fans from the 80's will remember him. Good role player they drafted in the 7th round. He's a Kings scout now for Europe. He said the Kings stink right now. I told him they must be bad because they lost to the Sabres the other night.
