Hated Blais. He stunk and hated him more bc of what we gave up for him (hate Drury for that one also.

Btw, I don’t have a love affair with Goodrow, I’m not opposed to moving him. I’m just not willing to attach a 1st or package Othmann for a bleh prospect just to get rid of him. Goodrow needs to be better, there’s no arguing that.

Its possible to lessen the cost, the problem will always be finding a partner. Anyone willing to take him probably has the cap space to not need retention.

Seems like it’s the last thing to come for some guys. I used to kill Fill for the same thing, but last year he really started to finish more. Actually it was the year before in the playoffs where he really started hitting corners. Kakko just doesn’t get enough chances, I’m just fed up with him which I try not to be..then he does something bad again

Kakko problem too is he probably doesn’t have enough value where we have to keep him based off of that. At least he won’t be overly expensive still, 2.1 now so you figure he won’t get past 3 mill on a new AAV. So he’s still worth keeping because of that. Just score more will ya

I think if they would ever trade him they probably want to get a cheaper guy anyway, and more room for another player. Chychrun wouldn’t do that either.

Lauzon would be a really good pick up but those guys on cf say they have LHD covered with guys/kids, so it would have to someone else
