entertaining game, far from perfect but at least they showed more effort and intensity.

Honestly, I'm torn on trading Monahan. He's playing well for the team, respected and liked by the kids... If we can low key arrange for him to come back next year, sure. Otherwise, we might do more harm than good (development wise) losing him.

They need to take advantage of his value. Especially if he really intends to test free agency. I don't think he has much interest in a rebuild at 29 years old.
