The real loss with Hart is what we could have gotten back in a trade for him with a contending team that currently has garbage in net. I totally believe that he was not traded previously because of the cloud hanging over him that potentially seems to be coming to reality now. - Letterkenney
I've never been in the camp that Hart was going to fetch a high quality return. He's an average goalie in the league. The value of goalies isn't that high to start with,

Yes, that is why you're innocent until proven guilty. I want to see the facts laid out before I form any judgements. I have seen way too many times in my lifetime the consequences of rushing to judgement. If Hart does prove to be innocent, will he ever recover from this, either personally or in the public eye? A sexual assault case back in 2018 has taken now 5+ years before charges will be filed? Something doesn't smell right to me here. - jd250

Yeah, definitely eye-opening. It's safe to say Ottawa at least knew some of the details. - TobyFlenderson

Hart had no value and he wanted 6 mil it’s good he’s gone. In the end he was just an inconsistent goalie that would have been overpaid if we kept him - 2Real

He should have been in the lineup all along. Really a fail by torts. He’s been noticeable and very solid this stretch. - Hextall271
Frost has been healthy scratched more times than Cates, Hathaway, Poehling and Deslauriers combined.

Now we have to discuss if he has even been playing because I'm told he's been invisible and can't even tell if he is playing. Also how many of those assists he had nothing to do with and it was all the player who scored the goal.

Haha. Laughton was a first round pick remember. We’ve got our own set of problems . Our starting goalie is going away 25 to life and we’ve forgotten how to play hockey/defend - Hextall271

It's all my fault. I ruthlessly trolled the Pens blog after that own goal the other night and since then it's been all downhill for the Flyguys. Should have just kept my mouth shut! Eh what? |

Oh. I know they won’t get that but it’s an expression. I think 1st degree murder is only 25 to life here in our socialist paradise. |

HDCF - Count of High Danger Scoring Chances
SCF - Count of Scoring Chances
Although I think the percentage is inside our own team. So the 1st in the NHL is a bit misleading if that's the case. |

Yeah. One poster came on yesterday calling everyone trump lovers, saying f hockey and f the flyers. Holy hell. - Hextall271
I bet Hart would have loved to pay his way out of his nightmare. And still be leading in the polls. 😉🙃 |

Huh? It's not at all complicated. Scoring chances and high danger scoring chances.

It's not misleading. It's a percentage compared to the rest of the players in the league over that time period.

I think it’s a little disingenuous that people want the truth and stand for what’s right. Hart was guilty on here before Danny Briere’s presser. There are people on this board who won’t even stand up for each other. Gross and ignorant things both racist, prejudice and even marital status are spoken on this board way too often. Most on here go for blood. It’s only a problem until these words are spoken against someone you disagree with about something minor yesterday.
Truth be told, nobody on this site stands for anything. |

Hockey Canada tried to do that for him. That’s why the fees I pay for my son to play hockey are so high. What a world |

I don’t think it’s that strange. The victim likely changed their mind on pressing charges. |
